Setup guide

Connect Claude

Add KimiShip to Claude as a remote MCP connector. Once connected, Claude can save drafts, access your brand profile, and keep your content organised — all from inside a normal conversation.

Requirements

Step 1 — Open Claude connector settings

  1. In Claude.ai, click your profile icon → Settings.
  2. Select Connectors (left sidebar).
  3. Click Add connector.

Step 2 — Add the KimiShip MCP server

  1. Choose Connect via URL.
  2. Paste the connector URL:
    https://mcp.kimiship.cc/mcp
  3. Claude will redirect you to KimiShip to authorise the connection.
  4. Sign in with your KimiShip account and approve the OAuth request.
  5. You will be returned to Claude once authorised.

Step 3 — Verify the connection

  1. In a new Claude conversation, type: "Use KimiShip to list my recent drafts."
  2. Claude should call the KimiShip connector and return your workspace content.
  3. If Claude asks to use a tool — approve the first time to grant tool permission.

Available tools

Once connected, Claude can use the following KimiShip tools:

  • create_draft_set Save a new set of platform drafts from Claude's output
  • list_draft_sets Browse saved drafts by status or date
  • get_generation_context Load your brand profile and past examples into the conversation
  • update_brand_profile Update your stored brand voice and style guidelines
  • validate_draft Check a draft against platform rules and your brand guidelines
  • repurpose_draft Adapt an approved draft for a different platform or format

Current status

The KimiShip MCP connector is live at mcp.kimiship.cc. Drafting, brand context, review, and approval are available now. Calendar, scheduling, publishing, and media generation are planned modules — not yet available.

Need help?

If the connector fails to authorise, make sure you are signed in to KimiShip at app.kimiship.cc before starting the OAuth flow in Claude.
